Several of our members invested time at the Greer RailFest on September 27, 2025. In addition to sharing the hobby with the public, they set up and operated our T-Trak-HO layout. Check out the pictures!
Greer Railfest is a family-friendly celebration of trains and rail safety, offering a day of fun and education at no cost to the public. The event features model trains, train museums, and trackless train rides, along with free face painting, balloons, inflatables, and live music. Inside Greer City Hall, children can enjoy train-themed crafts, while attendees of all ages have the chance to win prizes, including scenic train rides and model trains. With food trucks on-site and plenty of activities, Railfest provides an engaging experience for train enthusiasts and the entire community.
